We take great care to provide children with nutritious and wholesome food, prepared by fully qualified professionals. We also plan our daily menus to include fresh and varied options that are suitable for each age group. Naturally we also cater for all individual dietary needs.

By working in partnership with parents, carers and other providers we are able to encourage, support and extend children’s progression. We recognise that all children are unique and have unique qualities. Children are provided with the tools to question, explore, investigate, seek out, learn and play.

At Kiddi Caru we offer an environment which is safe and secure, supporting all children’s care and development, ensuring all children’s backgrounds and cultural diversities are considered through maintaining an inclusive and challenging environment indoors and outdoors.

We offer a variety of resources and activities along with a stimulating environment to encourage all children to be ‘active learners’. Our large outdoor play area offers a variety of experiences to challenge physical skills in a larger ‘freer’ space.

Our nursery comprises of eight bright, homely, secure and age appropriate playrooms where children are free to explore their familiar surroundings

A large proportion of our staff are fully qualified and have a variety/wealth of knowledge to support all children’s needs.

Through daily routines children learn about numbers, problem solving, shapes and sizes in their play.

Daily access to a computer and other forms of programmable toys encourages children’s increasing understanding and use of communication technology.

Outside children can use a range of equipment to support them in developing balancing, climbing, throwing and catching skills, as well as playing, running, hopping, skipping and jumping games and learning to ride wheeled vehicles.

We provide children with a balance of daily activities and plenty of opportunities to encourage children to be experiential learners. Active, experiential learning provides children with opportunities and the tools to be life-long learners. Learning is, after all, life-long.
